The flat in Sea Point was gutted. Our renovation experts broke down the wall to the kitchen to make it open plan. We installed a new kitchen and fitted new aluminium windows.
Broke open the bedroom and the wall to the main en-suite was broken down to make the room and en-suite open plan. We also installed new ceilings with down-lights throughout the flat in Sea Point.
Flat was re-tiled throughout. All walls were skimmed and painted. More walls were broke open and other doorways were closed up to make a guest toilet and a second bedroom en-suite were also created.
